Before you start, please take a moment to make sure you have all the relevant details available. You will need soft copies of the following documentation to complete your child's application:

1. A copy of the child's Identity Card

2. The most recent school academic report

3. Proof of payment of the non-refundable and non-transferable Application Fee of RM 1,000.00 in one payment, either in cash, a crossed cheque/bank draft in RM, or through bank transfer to "SAM EDUCATION SDN. BHD."

4. Latest salary slip or income verification document (if your child is applying for the scholarship).

Please submit a two-minute video featuring your child sharing their interests and explaining how they believe they'll gain from SAM. Please follow these steps:

1. Record the video

2. Upload the video to your Google Drive or Dropbox

3. Share the link in the specific column in the application form
