Job Description:

As a teacher at our institution, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future workforce of Malaysia. Your responsibilities include:

1. 40 Working Hours per Week: This includes a minimum of 10 teaching hours to engage, educate, and inspire our students. (this working hour can be flexible)

2. Interactive Lessons: Develop and deliver lessons that are engaging, interactive, differentiated, and personalized, tailored to individual students' needs.

3. Materials and Activities: Create educational materials and activities that cater to diverse student learning styles and abilities.

4. Online Teaching Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills in the online teaching environment.

5. Creativity and Energy: Infuse your teaching with creativity and energy to spark student curiosity and enthusiasm.

6. Organization and Commitment: Maintain a well-organized approach to your teaching duties, demonstrating unwavering commitment to our students' success.

7. Personalized Learning: Tailor learning experiences to meet the unique needs of each student and create individualized learning plans.

8. Parental Engagement: Provide periodic developmental feedback to parents on their child's progress.

9. Classroom Management: Effectively manage online classroom behavior and address any issues that may arise.

10. Project-Based Learning: Plan and implement a project-based learning approach to make education more practical and engaging through regular inter-disciplinary collaboration.

11. Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in targeted upskilling to stay at the forefront of latest teaching methodologies.

12. Holistic Student Development: Coach students to develop holistically, including their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

13. Feedback to School Management: Collaborate with school management to enhance the holistic development of our students.

Requirements:

We seek candidates who meet the following criteria:

1. Education: A minimum of BSc / BA (B.Ed) or equivalent in the chosen subject. 

2. Teaching Experience: At least 2 years of online teaching experience and a minimum of 3 years of face-to-face teaching in the relevant Malaysian course curricula. Teaching multiple subjects is a plus.

3. Digital Proficiency: Proficiency in the latest online teaching methods with the ability to navigate online platforms and use tools such as Zoom, Slack, MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, online and face-to-face. 

5. Adaptability: An openness to new methodologies, pedagogies, and ways of working to drive innovation.
